The Circle is not just a name — it is who we are. The women in our Circle are Capable, Independent, Responsible, Confident, Loving, and Excellent. Together, we rise.
The Circle Women began with a simple observation: the women we admired most were not the loudest in the room. They were the most rooted. They knew who they were, what they stood for, and what they would not compromise on.
We wanted a language for that rootedness — something we could pass to each other. So we wrote one. Six letters, six promises. A pledge we make first to ourselves, and then to every woman we bring into the Circle.
